I didn’t come from a family of real estate moguls, but I knew early on that I wanted more than the traditional path. I started in real estate at 18 years old, buying and selling dozens of houses through cash and creative financing strategies. By the age of 20, I had built my first investment fund, bridging the gap between capital and borrowers in real estate transactions.
Deploying $12 million in my first year proved that the right strategy unlocks real opportunities. To date, we’ve deployed tens of millions in loans, generating incredible returns in the process.
